About the Position
Position: RN Med Surg / Telemetry
Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15)
Requirements
Year of experience: 2 Years Minimum Experience Required MS/Tele, Telemetry, Interpretation of Dysrhythmias, Telemetry on the unit Experience required
Charting:
Epic
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
SC license or Compact license must be in hand
COVID-19 Vaccine & Flu Vaccine:
