Overview

Oversee plant‑wide training compliance, manage training programs through applicable Learning Management Systems (LMS). Ensure training data is accurately maintained to meet regulatory compliance requirements. Lead the development and implementation of departmental lesson plans. Support creation and implementation of standardized work.

Key Accountabilities
  • Maintain control and accuracy of master data within applicable LMS for the Orangeburg site.
  • Drive the standardization of training programs across the facility.
  • Participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) activities and support the creation of standardized work processes.
  • Create and schedule training classes based on requests from People Leaders.
  • Establish and maintain training groups, including assigned employees, required training, and training frequencies.
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to align training groups with departmental needs.
  • Maintain all training‑related records and documentation to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Perform periodic audits of LMS data to ensure accuracy and system integrity.
  • Partner with Quality Assurance (QA) to address and resolve audit findings related to training compliance.
  • Utilize reports and tracking tools to support People Leaders in ensuring timely completion of required training.
  • Work with Information Technology (IT) and end users to enhance training system functionality and usability.
  • Lead the development, maintenance, and implementation of departmental lesson plans.
  • Deliver new hire orientation and onboarding training.
  • Facilitate safety and quality training sessions as needed.
  • Review and approve document change orders to ensure alignment with training requirements.
  • Create training sessions as needed.
  • Create training content to support regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Oversee and manage the personnel  system.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Knowledge & Experience Required for the Position:

  • Bachelor’s in business or equivalent regulated manufacturing experience.
  • 1–3 years of exposure to training a plus
  • Knowledge of integrated Learning Management Systems (LMS) (SAP preferred)

Management has the discretion of substituting relevant work experience for a degree and/or making exceptions to the years of experience requirement.
