OVERVIEW:

Join our dynamic IT support team as a Desktop Support Technician! This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology while providing essential technical support to end-users. You'll be instrumental in maintaining our client's technology infrastructure and ensuring smooth daily operations for our workforce.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install, repair, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and related peripherals
• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
• Deploy software, patches, and updates across various devices
• Manage and track IT asset inventory
• Create and deploy system images for desktops and laptops
• Troubleshoot hardware and software failures
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs
• Assist with network-related issues
• Manage printer supplies and maintenance
• Support users in software selection and implementation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate's Degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience
• 2-8 years of relevant IT support experience (depending on grade level)
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Experience with system imaging and deployment
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
