Chemical Operator

• Knowledge of chemical processes, including basic Chemistry and physics.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Experience / ability to work rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays).
• Must be able to work in a team-based environment with all levels of the organization.
• Actively participate in process operation to provide the maximum benefit for the business.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems effectively.
• Able to simultaneously manage multiple tasks.
• Maintains and displays a positive attitude. Is coachable.
• Ability to work with outside personnel, including corporate or vendors.
• Complete all tasks in a safe and environmentally sound method.
• Responsible for the plant and equipment condition in his/her assigned area.
• Any additional duties as assigned by Manager.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years manufacturing experience
