Schedule

Night shift: 3x12 hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including every other weekend.

Job Description

The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) provides care to patients in an acute care hospital setting. The position requires strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Nurses will be required to float to meet the needs of the facility and department. Epic experience is necessary for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care to patients across all age groups.
• Perform assessments and triage patients effectively.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Document patient information accurately in the Epic charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required. CPI and TNCC are preferred.
• Current South Carolina RN license or Multi-State/Compact RN license.
• Epic experience is required.
