Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse - Nights

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

3x12 Hour Night Shift (18:45 - 07:15), with every other weekend required.

Job Description

You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a Medical-Surgical Telemetry Unit. This position requires effective monitoring and management of telemetry patients, as well as the interpretation of dysrhythmias.

Responsibilities

• Monitor telemetry patients and interpret dysrhythmias.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide bedside care and support to patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing.
• Current South Carolina RN License or Compact License in hand prior to start.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS is required.
