Medical Surgical Telemetry RN - Night Shift

Schedule

3x12 Hour Night Shift from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Telemetry RN for a night shift position. The nurse will provide care for patients requiring telemetry monitoring and must have experience in interpreting dysrhythmias and managing telemetry systems. The position requires floating within the scope to meet facility needs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' telemetry and vital signs to identify abnormalities.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' conditions.
• Provide patient education and emotional support.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical/Telemetry nursing.
• Current South Carolina RN license or Compact license required prior to start.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
