RN Nurse, Travel Nurse, ICU Nurse
MS/Tele RN - 3x12-Hour Day Shift
This is a 13-week contract position.
3x12-hour shifts, Days, from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM.
The MS/Tele RN will provide care for patients in a hospital setting. Responsibilities will include monitoring patient vitals, administering medications, and coordinating with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care. The role may require floating between like units to meet facility needs.
Administer medications and conduct assessments
Monitor telemetry and report changes in patient conditions
Communicate effectively with patients and family members
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic charting system
2 years of RN experience in a healthcare setting
SC RN license or Compact license required prior to start
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Telemetry competency preferred, previous charge experience is a plus
