Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical​/Tele

Medical Surgical/Tele RN Opportunity

Seeking an experienced Medical Surgical/Tele RN to provide patient care within a busy community hospital. This role involves working day shifts with a focus on delivering high-quality healthcare in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and document findings accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Current South Carolina RN license or Compact license in hand prior to start.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical Surgical/Tele experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIH preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Epic charting software.
• Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs and work in a community hospital setting.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
