MS/Tele Registered Nurse
This is a 13-week contract position.
Day shift, 3x12 hours from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, with every other weekend required.
The MS/Tele Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing care to patients in a medical-surgical and telemetry setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with telemetry and knowledge of managing various patient conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medication and treatment as per physician's orders.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and clinical status.
- Provide patient education and support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal patient care.
- Utilize telemetry equipment to monitor cardiac patients.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
- Must hold a valid South Carolina RN license or Compact license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required; NIHSS certification is preferred.
- Experience in a community hospital setting is preferred.
- Telemetry competency required.
