Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical​/Tele

$1836.00/week –

Job Summary:

Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a community hospital setting. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and adherence to clinical protocols during night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and condition, documenting changes promptly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update patient care plans.
• Assist with patient assessments and provide education on post-discharge care.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and confidentiality regulations.
• Float within scope to support various units as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid South Carolina RN license or Compact license in hand before starting.
• At least 2 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; NIH stroke certification preferred.
• Demonstrate tele competency and previous charge nurse experience preferred.
• Capable of working 3×12 night shifts with flexible scheduling options.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
