Adjunct CNA Lab Assistant
The Adjunct CNA Lab Assistant is responsible for delivering hands-on instruction in the CNA skills lab and clinical area, guiding students through the practical competencies required for certification. Key responsibilities include providing laboratory-based instruction in core CNA skills, emphasizing safe, ethical, and competent care practices; demonstrating and evaluating students' performance of essential nursing assistant procedures; supporting student learning through individualized instruction, remediation, and feedback in the skills lab;
and collaborating with faculty and staff to ensure instructional consistency and program quality.
- A minimum of two (2) years LPN or RN nursing experience.
- A minimum of two (2) years providing care in a long-term care setting within the last five (5) years. Long-term care experience can be in the role of CNA, LPN, or RN.
- Proof of current license for South Carolina as LPN or RN.
- Resume documenting required experience.
Instructional experience preferred.
Additional CommentsDay and evening hours available. Up to 29 hours per week. This adjunct position is scheduled to begin Spring 2026.
