MS/Tele RN - Day Shift Job Opportunity

This is a 13-week contract position.

3x12 hour shifts, Days, from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM.

We are seeking an experienced MS/Tele RN to join our dedicated nursing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, maintaining patient safety, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a patient ratio of 1:5-6.
• Perform telemetry monitoring and provide care for patients with cardiovascular conditions.
• Administer medication and conduct treatments as prescribed.
• Conduct patient assessments and document care in Epic charting system.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a MS/Tele environment.
• Valid SC RN license or Compact license prior to start date.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIHSS preferred.
• Experience with telemetry, previous charge experience, and community hospital experience preferred.
