Option Care Health seeks an Infusion Nurse I to provide basic direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion site under a physician's plan of care, with close supervision. You'll support patient safety and documentation during visits.
You will educate patients and families, coordinate with the clinical team, and ensure timely documentation for billing. Travel up to 100% may be required in some roles, and CPR certification is required.
