Required Qualifications- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification and licensure
- Prior experience in endocrinology or chronic disease management preferred
- Strong interest in endocrinology and long‑term patient care
- Commitment to high‑quality, patient‑centered care and collaborative practice
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with endocrine disorders including diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal and pituitary disorders, osteoporosis, and metabolic conditions
- Provide ongoing management and medication optimization for chronic endocrine conditions
- Educate patients and families on disease management, lifestyle modification, and treatment adherence
