Nurse Aide Adjunct Instructor
OCtech is seeking a Nurse Aide Adjunct Instructor. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN or LPN with geriatric, medical/surgical, and/or home health experience. Instructors will provide instruction in basic nursing skills. The program includes classroom hours, laboratory hours, and 40 hours of clinical hours at a local skilled nursing facility. Instructors will prepare students for the state nurse aide certification written and skills examination.
Instructors are needed for morning, afternoon, and evening classes.
Minimum qualifications include the following:
Must be currently licensed in SC as RN or LPN. Nursing experience must include at least one (1) year of care for the elderly or chronically ill of any age.
Previous teaching experience is a plus.
