Position DetailsBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Non‑Destructive Test (NDT) Specialist to support the Quality Team based out of Orangeburg, South Carolina
. This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
- Performs setup for specialized non‑destructive test or measurement equipment to controlled standards.
- Assists in the documentation of procedures for setting up test equipment.
- Analyzes routine test, inspection or statistical data to determine product and process compliance.
- Assists with standard corrective action recommendations.
- Documents and communicates standard test, analysis or measurement results.
- Reports potential adverse trends or anomalous results.
- Hold a current NDT Level II certification.
- Must be capable of working in confined spaces and fit through a 10 in. x 18 in. opening.
- 3+ years combination of education and experience.
- Certification in Radiation Testing (RT X‑Ray).
- Certification in Eddy Current Testing.
- Certification in Radiographic Testing.
- 1+ year of experience handling and working with radioactive materials and X‑ray systems.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements. A “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required; a “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Total RewardsCompetitive base pay and variable compensation. Eligible employees may enroll in health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid leave. Pay range: $57,800 – $78,200. Pay is based on experience and qualifications.
