Unarmed and Armed Security OfficersWTSA Security is hiring Unarmed and Armed Security Officers for multiple locations in Orangeburg, SC
. This role is ideal for professional security guards with an active SLED Guard Card
, strong situational awareness, and a commitment to safety and customer service.
- Provide a visible security presence at assigned locations
- Perform access control for employees, visitors, and vendors
- Conduct routine patrols and monitor access points
- Complete daily activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff notes
- Enforce site policies and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and staff
- Active SLED Guard Card required
- Prior experience as a Security Officer, Armed Security Officer, or Law Enforcement Officer preferred
- Must pass background checks and mandatory drug testing
- Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule
- Strong observation, communication, and professionalism
- Assignments may be indoors or outdoors depending on location
- Physically active role requiring standing, walking, and occasional lifting
- Shifts may include days, evenings, nights, and weekends
- Smoke-free work environment
