Spectrum Woodworking & Interiors is seeking an experienced Commercial Millwork Estimator who thrives in both the technical details and the bigger strategic picture. This is not a plug-and-play bidding role — we’re looking for a high-level contributor who can help elevate our estimating department, strengthen client relationships, and help position our company for its next phase of growth.

This position is responsible for preparing accurate, competitive, and strategic estimates for commercial casework, millwork, and interior construction projects. The ideal candidate understands that estimating is both a science and a relationship-driven craft.

This is primarily a hybrid role requiring periodic in-office collaboration. Fully remote may be considered for elite candidates with proven success and industry reputation.

• Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates using Innergy ERP
• Develop scopes of work, clarifications, and proposal packages
• Participate in preconstruction and design-assist opportunities
• Communicate directly with general contractors, architects, and design teams
• Identify project risks, opportunities, and value engineering options
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and production teams
• Help refine internal estimating processes and best practices
• Support business development through consultative client interaction

• 5+ years estimating commercial millwork, casework, or related trades
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications
• Experience with Innergy or comparable ERP/estimating systems
• Ability to balance microscopic detail with macro project strategy
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable contributing to client conversations and consultative selling
• Self-driven, organized, and highly accountable
• Thrives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
