Annual Pay Range: $83,305.42 - $. Hourly Pay Range: $40.050683 - $50.790687. Salary offers will be made within the posted pay range and will be based on candidate's experience (paid or unpaid) that is directly relevant to the position.

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced professional to join our team as a Management Analyst 2 in the Clackamas County Department of Transportation & Development / Office of Economic Development. If selected for this position, you will be responsible for developing and managing an in-house business incentive grant program for the Office of Economic Development. In this role, your work will mostly focus on seeking out funding opportunities, submitting grant applications, and managing communications with businesses that are searching for direct funding options.
The Office of Economic Development (OED) is housed within the Department of Transportation & Development under Visioning Services. To that end, we are searching for an individual who is motivated to contribute to, promote, and foster a collaborative, partnership-focused environment for a highly functional team with a strong focus on core values and innovative solutions, demonstrating strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills that will allow us to maintain, develop, and enhance our operations.
Minimum Qualifications /Transferrable Skills
- A minimum of four (4) years of related experience that would provide the required knowledge and skills to perform the responsibilities of this position that must include all of the following:
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in grant writing
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in grant research
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in grant management
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in project development & management
- Experience preparing clear and concise reports for program reporting
- Current certification as a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) from the International Economic Development Council or equivalent certification program
- Experience communicating with various businesses and articulating needs
- Experience using software and technologies to apply for and administer grants
