Education Specialist - Part-time

Alliance Charter Academy in Oregon City is seeking a part-time Education Specialist to support its K-12 personalized learning model, featuring a "Parents as Partners" approach that blends home-based learning with on-campus classes.

This role focuses on guiding customized academic paths in a collaborative, supportive environment. Each student at Alliance Charter Academy is assigned an Education Specialist who will meet with the parent and student weekly.

The ES assists with course requests, curriculum purchases, educational guidance, assessments, and homework. Oregon teaching license required.
