The City of Oregon City Police Department is establishing an eligible list for entry level police officers. Officers with DPSST Certification will receive additional pay (5% for Intermediate, 10% for Advanced).
Testing is conducted through NTN and candidates must meet minimum scores on multiple tests and ORPAT scheduling is managed by the department. Applicants should expect a full performance law enforcement role with the potential for advancement and extensive training during probation.
