Annual Pay Range: $43,635.06 - $54,890.46
Hourly Pay Range: $22.376954 - $28.148952
Salary offers will be made within the posted pay range and will be based on a candidate's experience (paid or unpaid) that is directly relevant to the position.

JOB DETAILS AND QUALIFICATIONSClackamas County Social Services Division is seeking a resilient and customer service-oriented Program Aide 2 to provide administrative and program support to the Developmental Disabilities Program, and primarily the Adult Abuse Investigations Team. This position will encounter information and documentation related to abuse and neglect of people with developmental disabilities. This position supports the DD Program by performing a variety of clerical, records management, data entry, and customer service functions while adhering to applicable policies, procedures, confidentiality requirements, and regulatory standards.
The Program Aide 2 works collaboratively with program staff, service providers, and the public to support program operations and service outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications / Transferrable Skills
- Minimum of two (2) years of related experience that would provide the required knowledge and skills to perform the responsibilities of this position.
- Two (2) years' experience developing and maintaining moderately complex record keeping.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams; Excel; Word; PowerPoint; etc.).
- Demonstrated Knowledge of rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and the release of confidential, protected and sensitive information and reports.
