Licensed Mental Health Professional for the Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Unit at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center (Oregon City, OR)
This is a per diem/on-call, variable shift position.
This is a combined posting for a Social Worker LCSW, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. The requirements of each role are listed under each associated title. If you have the qualifications of any one of these three positions, we encourage you to apply.
The Social Worker LCSW, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practices in an inpatient psychiatry unit dedicated to serving youth ages 5-17. The position collaborates with other disciplines in the formation of treatment plans and patient assessments while supporting unified evidence-based and trauma-informed care in small groups and individually. Under supervision, this position utilizes established approaches and standards, completes and implements plans designed to promote patient safety, and incorporates evidence-based approaches to psychotherapy.
Experience with acute mental healthcare and providing psycho educational & skills-based groups is required. Experience with children/adolescents and knowledge of Collaborative Problem Solving is preferred.
- Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, or from a school in candidacy status by the Council of Social Work Education (CSWE).
- Oregon Clinical Social Worker License upon hire.
- Driving may be necessary as part of this role; caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Proof of driver license and auto insurance may be required upon request.
- Minimum 2 years relevant Social Work experience (may include CSWA experience).
- Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology or related field.
- Oregon Professional Counselor License upon hire.
- Minimum 2 years post-masters experience in behavioral health.
- Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Family Therapy.
- Oregon Marriage and Family Therapist License upon hire.
- Minimum 2 years post-masters experience in behavioral health.
Minimum: $41.63 per hour. Maximum: $64.63 per hour.
