Key Responsibilities- Monitor Snowflake data loads and operational data pipelines
- Support SQL Server fundamentals (read-only queries, job monitoring)
- Assist with replication health checks and alerts
- Support Tableau extracts and data refreshes
- Identify and escalate data issues with clear diagnostics
- Partner with Engineering on root cause analysis
- Document data operational procedures
- Data platform maintenance
- Early detection of data issues
- Reduced downstream reporting incidents
- Accurate and timely escalations
- Growing understanding of data flows and platforms
- Strong collaboration with Engineering
- Data platforms, SQL, and analytics
- Familiarity with databases and data tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn complex systems quickly
- Clear communication skills
