Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Overview

As a Housekeeper at Holladay Park Plaza, you’ll provide routine and spontaneous cleaning services for community common areas and our 200+ resident apartments. You’ll get the chance to interact with our residents on a daily basis and ultimately feel like you’re making an impact on someone’s life every day!

Compensation : $17.50 - $22.40 / hr DOE

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

• Approach all encounters with residents, guests, and co-workers in a gracious, attentive, and courteous manner.
• Clean respective areas as assigned.
• Provide routine housekeeping services for guests and residents of the community.
• Provide special housekeeping duties and deep cleanings of resident apartments.
• Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and act in a calm manner in the event of an emergency.

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills in operating housekeeping equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of green cleaning solutions, chemicals, and pertinent cleaning supplies.
• Ability to read and understand label.
