Clackamas County Health Centers seek a Family Nurse Practitioner to join Beavercreek Health Clinic in a collaborative, team-based environment. The position includes an existing patient panel and opportunities to grow with new patients. We are especially interested in candidates with a commitment to caring for underserved populations and treating opioid use disorder.
Responsibilities- Deliver Comprehensive Primary Care:
Provide full-spectrum primary care services to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of acute and chronic illnesses, with referrals as needed. - Perform Diagnostic Assessments:
Order, interpret, and evaluate laboratory tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostics; formulate treatment plans. - Prescribe And Manage Medications:
Prescribe medications in accordance with formulary and guidelines; monitor responses and educate patients. - Provide Pediatric Services:
Conduct wellness exams, monitor development, immunizations, and guidance to parents. - Offer Prenatal And Reproductive Health Services:
Provide routine obstetric and gynecological care as appropriate, contraception counseling, STI testing and treatment, and menopause management. - Participate In Clinical Operations And Quality Improvement:
Contribute to policies and care protocols; participate in quality initiatives and professional development. - Collaborate With Interdisciplinary Teams:
Work with behavioral health, nurses, case managers, and admin staff to ensure coordinated care. - Work Schedule:
32 hours per week, Monday through Friday (4 days, 8 hours/day); on-site location; hours discussed during offer.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Oregon.
- Board certified as a Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive privileges (within 30 days of hire) in Oregon.
- DEA registration with Schedule II–V (within 30 days of hire).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate (must maintain).
- Experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a family medicine setting with comprehensive primary care.
Preferred: Experience in an FQHC setting.
Pre-Employment- Post-offer, pre-employment drug test.
- Criminal history check (may include fingerprinting).
- Veterans' Preference: if applicable, describe transferable skills in the application.
- Hourly Pay Range: $62.72 – $79.80.
- 3.5% merit increase after six months.
- Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) effective July 1, 2026; rate TBD.
- One-time option to frontload first-year vacation accruals for eligible new hires.
- Employer-paid CME funds and dedicated paid time for CME and professional development.
- Salary offers within the posted pay range; dependent on experience.
- Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, EAP, retirement (PERS/OPSRP), and paid time off; eligibility based on hours worked.
