Status: Full-Time, Day Shift

Location: Oregon City, OR

Relocation: Possible for ideal candidate

Salary: Salary to be discussed with a Bryant Staffing Solutions Recruiter

Bonus: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible external candidates

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager to oversee the clinical operations of our Adolescent Psychiatric Unit. You will lead a team of caregivers, ensure high-quality patient care, and foster a supportive, collaborative work environment. Your leadership will directly impact patient outcomes and staff engagement. This role emphasizes operational excellence, compassionate accountability, and team development in a fast‑paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day operations of the adolescent psychiatric unit
  • Ensure quality patient care and positive outcomes
  • Build, lead, and develop high‑performing clinical teams
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
  • Foster collaborative inter‑professional relationships
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Oregon RN license (or ability to obtain before start date)
  • National Provider BLS – American Heart Association Certification (or ability to obtain before start date)
  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with progressive leadership roles
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Formal coursework in management, finance, or administration
  • National certification in relevant clinical specialty
  • Previous experience managing a hospital psychiatric unit
