House Supervisor RN at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. This is a per-diem position, variable shifts and hours per week.
The Hospital Supervisor is accountable for the provision of quality nursing services and coordination of the inter‑professional team in a hospital for a defined shift. With a consistent focus on patient and family centered care and high reliability principles, the Supervisor promotes evidence‑based practice within a context of constant change in patient volume and acuity, and available resources. The Hospital Supervisor serves as the primary leader in ensuring effective and efficient patient flow in the Hospital.
Required Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association - 1 year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
