RN - Pre-Admit Per Diem

RN - Pre-Admit at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center

This position is a Per Diem/On-Call, Day Shift role with 10‑hour shifts from 0700‑1730. It focuses on surgical services, including Short Stay, OR, PACU, Endoscopy, Pre‑Admit, and Sterile Processing. The caregiver will prepare patients for surgery, assist in the operating room, support post‑operative recovery, and educate and discharge patients home.

• Prepare and assess patients before surgery.
• Assist nursing staff in the operating room during procedures.
• Recover patients post‑surgery and monitor vital signs.
• Educate patients and families about postoperative care and discharge plans.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• National Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Oregon Registered Nurse License.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.

Competitive pay ranging from $56.17 to $80.78 per hour, with additional compensation available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, and bonuses.
