Position: Nurse Manager- Home Infusion Pharmacy

Overview

Nurse Manager – Home Infusion Pharmacy – Portland, Oregon. Full‑time, day shift. Manages policies, staffing, interdisciplinary care, quality standards, confidentiality, attendance, and punctuality.

Responsibilities
  • Implements and administers policies and procedures of the Home Infusion Department.
  • Supervises employees and coordinates interdisciplinary care to patients in the home.
  • Determines staffing needs, assigns staff, and ensures productivity and staffing continuity standards are met.
  • Participates in the development of department policies, procedures, and quality management plans.
  • Upholds standards of confidentiality, attendance, and punctuality.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related health‑care field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • Driving may be necessary; proof of driver’s license and auto insurance required.
  • Four or more years of Home Infusion experience.
  • Two or more years of supervisory experience.
