Surgical Services includes Short Stay, OR, PACU, Endoscopy, Pre‑Admit, and Sterile Processing. Our diverse team gets patients ready for surgery, is present in the OR with the patient while they have surgery, recovers them from surgery, and then educates and discharges patients home after surgery.

We have the pleasure of caring for patients that have chosen to come to the hospital for surgery and it is rewarding to see how quickly we can make a positive impact on a patient’s life. We look forward to having you join us!

RN - Pre‑Admit at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. This is a Per Diem/On‑Call, Day Shift position, with 10‑Hour Shifts, from 0700–1730.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire:
  National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
• Upon hire:
  Oregon Registered Nurse License.
• 1 year nursing experience.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates for this position. The successful candidate’s placement on the wage range will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Pay Range: $56.17 – $80.78.
