Avamere Rehab of Oregon City is seeking an Infection Preventionist RN to develop, implement, and monitor infection prevention and control programs. You will educate staff and investigate outbreaks to minimize HAIs and promote a safe environment for residents and staff.
The role requires a nursing degree, active RN license in Oregon, CPR/BLS, and preferred CIC certification. Experience in long-term care or geriatric rehab is a plus, with EMR documentation experience valued.
