Registered Nurse ​/ Licensed Practical Nurse

Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC seeks a dedicated RN or LPN to provide compassionate nursing care in our specialized eating disorder treatment programs for adolescents and adults. In this role, you will complete nursing assessments, administer medications, monitor medical status, and support nutritional and psychiatric treatment plans. You will collaborate closely with therapists, dietitians, and psychiatrists, participate in treatment team meetings, and educate clients and families.

• Provide direct nursing care to adolescents and adults in eating disorder treatment programs
• Conduct nursing assessments and ongoing medical monitoring
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
• Monitor vital signs, labs, and nutritional status, escalating concerns appropriately
• Collaborate with therapists, dietitians, and psychiatrists in treatment planning
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Educate clients and families on medical and recovery-focused topics
• Participate in treatment team meetings and shift handoffs
• Support a safe, therapeutic, and recovery-focused milieu
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards, licensing, and organizational policies
