American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR RN for a 13-week travel assignment requiring on-call availability and prior travel experience.
Requirements- Active OR RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Must have a vehicle for this assignment
- Operating Room unit in a short-term acute care hospital
- 1:1 patient ratios
- Day shift schedule, 4x10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- On-call requirement of 100 hours per 4-week schedule
- Weekend on-call standby required
- Floating between units required based on facility needs and staffing demands
- May be required to float to other facilities within the health system
- Uses Epic EMR system
- Scrubs provided for OR staff
- No parking fees at this facility
- Floating to other units and facilities is common and may include additional incentives for select locations
- Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a travel nurse and cannot apply within 50 miles of the facility
- Minimal RTO accommodated for this assignment
