**** Pay:** $20–$26 per hour DOE, plus SPIFF opportunities

** Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM  
* Some evenings, weekends, and rotating on-call shifts may be required.
* First Call Heating & Cooling is looking for a motivated and dependable Service Technician Level I to join our team in Oregon City. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who wants to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry while working alongside experienced technicians and receiving hands-on training. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping customers, and is eager to continue learning and growing in the trade.
** What You’ll Do
*** Maintain and repair residential HVAC systems
* Perform planned maintenance with support from senior technicians
* Complete service checklists and related paperwork accurately
* Travel to scheduled job sites throughout the workday
* Operate company vehicle safely and professionally
* Communicate with dispatch regarding job status and customer follow-up needs
* Follow directions from supervisors and trainers
* Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
* Participate in training seminars and continued education opportunities
* Rotate into on-call emergency service schedule as needed##
