Salary Range:$80,000–$110,000 Annually

We are seeking an experienced People Soft Application Developer to design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements for enterprise People Soft applications including HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions. In this role you will own the technical implementation of business requirements, partner closely with functional consultants, and ensure that all custom developments meet enterprise standards for quality, security, and maintainability. The ideal candidate will combine deep hands‑on experience with People Tools development, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker with a strong understanding of People Soft architecture, upgrades, and clean‑customization principles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Five or more years of People Soft technical development experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with People Tools, Application Designer, and People Code.
• Solid experience with Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
• Hands‑on experience with SQR and BI Publisher.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with the People Soft data model.
• Familiarity with People Soft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions data structures.
• Experience supporting People Soft upgrades and patches.
• Working knowledge of Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

• People Soft certifications.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP integration scenarios.
• Exposure to Fluid UI development.
• Familiarity with Oracle DBA fundamentals.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for People Soft integrations.
