Ruan is looking for Class A CDL drivers based out of Clackamas, OR, to haul bread in 53' dry van trailers for our dedicated customer, Flowers. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at .
PayEarn activity-based pay at $0.65 per mile, $12.81 per drop and hook, $7.96 for fueling, and $31.74 per hour of detention pay. Drivers average $85,000 per year and $1,700 per week. This operation is currently offering a $5,000 sign‑on bonus! Payments issued within the first year.
ScheduleBe home daily with a five‑day workweek, receiving time off on Tuesdays and Saturdays or Mondays and Tuesdays. Drivers might be required to cover a potential layover only one night out during the week. Drivers will serve as a floater to cover vacations, varying schedules, and extra loads. Normally, shifts start between 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., lasting between 10‑12 hours.
EquipmentDrive well‑maintained automatic equipment with 53' dry van trailers. Snow and ice experience is required.

Minimum Requirements- Must be at least 22 years or older
- No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
- No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
- With the Department of Transportation’s Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile .gov before being hired
- 9 months of tractor‑trailer experience within the past three years
- Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals in English, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records
