Sr. Staff Accountant

Tosoh Quartz is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant who will play a crucial role in supporting the accounting operations of our company. This is a great opportunity for a results driven individual looking to grow their skills and career.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle all bank and lease reconciliations

* Provide standard and ad hoc reporting support

* Assist with month-end close

* Support cost accounting activities as needed

* Sales tax reconciliation and tax rate maintenance

* Partner with business leaders/cost center owners to review monthly performance, develop monthly rolling plan, annual budget, forecast and estimate

* Assist with internal and external audit requests

* Document and update accounting processes

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in accounting

* 2+ years of accounting experience

* Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, look ups, and financial modeling

* Experience with ERP systems

* Quick learner and able to work collaboratively and independently

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a manufacturing organization

* IFS ERP experience

* Ability to build and maintain financial models

* Knowledge of standard costing
