If you answered yes to these questions, we want to hear from you! Your local Bi-Mart is looking for a fantastic individual to join the team as a Bookkeeper.

• Daily sales reconcilement, banking, and other accounting functions.
• Investigate and report accounting discrepancies to management.
• Handle returned checks, game commission record keeping and reporting.
• Sort and distribute U.S. and company mail.
• File and keep records.
• Work closely with members of management.
• After bookkeeping responsibilities are met, remaining hours may be spent working on the sales floor, helping customers and performing other duties as assigned.

• Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable practices.
• Experience with calculating, posting, and managing accounting figures and financial records.
• Strong data entry and numeric skills.
• Capability to arrive on time with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Ability to set priorities and organize workload.
• Talent to efficiently solve problems and offer solutions to customers.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.

• Previous bookkeeper or accounting experience is a plus.
• Prior experience at retail brands such as Target, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Fred Meyer, Safeway, and Albertsons is also an asset.

Bi-Mart stores are open 9:00 am – 8:00 pm Monday – Friday and 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Saturday – Sunday. Hours may vary depending on workload and assignment.
