This is a key role within the organization, and compensation reflects the level of responsibility and impact.
At Columbia River Health, we believe healthcare should feel as good as it is effective- compassionate, consistent, and deeply connected to the community we serve.
We are seeking a highly thoughtful, perceptive, and proactive individual to serve as both an Executive Assistant to the CEO and Communications Lead for the organization. This is not a traditional administrative role—it is a key position that helps shape how CRH operates, communicates, and shows up in the world.
What This Role Really IsThis role is a guardian of time, tone, and experience
.
You will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO - protecting priorities, preparing for what’s ahead, and ensuring that communication, meetings, and initiatives are thoughtful and well-executed.
At the same time, you will help tell the story of CRH — strengthening our connection to the community through outreach, events and communication.
This role also carries a unique responsibility: helping ensure that the experience of CRH feels consistent, warm, and aligned — from the front door to community events to internal communications.
When this role is working well, everything feels more organized, more thoughtful, and more “us.”
