Administrative Assistant II – General Clerk
The City of Rockaway Beach is seeking a motivated individual to join our talented team as Administrative Assistant II – General Clerk. Under supervision of the City Recorder, this position serves as the primary presence at the front reception desk, assisting with administrative and clerical duties required for the daily operation of the City. The work performed requires considerable contact with the general public, elected officials, management and employees, and an overall knowledge of City operations.
This position also provides assistance to the City Recorder by performing scanning, filing, minute-taking, preparation of meeting packets, and other records management related tasks.
This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position with competitive health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits (PERS). Wages range from $4,898-$6,390 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
