Medical Credentialing Coordinator
Harney District Hospital is seeking a Medical Staff Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time position working 40-hours per week. This person will be responsible for credentialing and re-credentialing providers and offering support for the Chief of Medical Staff and the CEO.

Mandatory requirements:
Advanced knowledge of modern secretarial and general office principles, practices and methods, English, spelling, composition, punctuation and grammar. Knowledge of business and/or legal formats, recordkeeping systems, word processing and spreadsheet applications software (specifically MS Word, EXCEL, MS Publisher and PowerPoint). Equivalent to a high school education plus additional secretarial training and over three (3) years experience, or any satisfactory combination of experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the above duties.
Special requirements/licenses:
Certifications in medical staff credentialing and medical services administration desirable.
Desirable requirements:
Previous healthcare experience in provider enrollment and credentialing. Post-secondary education in Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration.
