  • Help ensure daily school operations run efficiently and effectively.
  • Support student success by assisting with attendance, registration, student records, and a variety of student services.
  • Serve as a dependable resource for school staff while helping maintain an organized and responsive front office.
  • Contribute to a safe, supportive, and student-centered school environment.
What You'll Do

This dynamic position combines customer service, organization, technology, and student support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Training and supporting student office aides.
  • Maintaining confidentiality while working accurately in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.

This is a full-time position (8 hours per day) that requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities throughout the school day. The hourly rate is $18.42 to $23.77 per hour (Column I of the 2025-26 Classified Wage Schedule).

In addition to meaningful work that directly supports students and schools, this position offers a robust benefits package, including employer-paid family health insurance, PERS retirement benefits, paid holidays, paid personal leave, and paid sick leave.
