We are looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive
Property Care Field Assistant to support the day-to-day care of our vacation rental properties in the Sisters area.

This is a hands-on, flexible support position for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in making sure things are done right. You will work closely with our local management team and serve as an important backup when additional field or administrative support is needed.

No two days will necessarily look the same. Some days may involve inspecting homes before a guest arrives, checking that an issue has been resolved, helping with supplies or property projects, or completing administrative tasks. There will also be opportunities to pick up vacation rental cleans for additional piece-rate compensation.

Responsibilities may include:

Complete cleaning and property readiness inspections before guest arrivals

Conduct overall property care inspections and identify maintenance, housekeeping, safety, or presentation concerns

Verify reported issues have been corrected and homes are ready for incoming guests

Assist with property inventories, supplies, restocking, organization, and seasonal projects

Help prepare new vacation rentals for launch and complete onboarding-related property tasks

Take photos and document property conditions or concerns

Assist management with miscellaneous field projects and follow-up

Provide backup coverage when additional operational support is needed

Assist with light administrative work, data entry, checklists, scheduling, and property documentation

Communicate clearly with management, housekeepers, maintenance staff, and other team members

Pick up vacation rental housekeeping assignments as desired and needed for additional piece-rate pay

Comfortable working independently and managing a task list

Flexible and willing to help with a variety of responsibilities

Able to identify a problem and communicate it clearly

Comfortable using a smartphone, apps, photos, checklists, email, and basic computer programs

Professional and respectful when working in privately owned vacation homes

Able to prioritize tasks when schedules change

Willing to learn vacation rental standards and procedures

Able to perform the physical requirements associated with inspecting and caring for vacation rental homes

Previous vacation rental, hospitality, housekeeping, property management, maintenance coordination, or administrative experience is helpful but not required for the right person.

This is an
hourly position with a flexible schedule based on operational needs and seasonal demand
. Hours may vary throughout the year, with more opportunities during busy vacation periods.

In addition to hourly responsibilities, this position can earn
additional piece-rate compensation by completing vacation rental cleans when coverage is needed
. Housekeeping assignments can provide a significant opportunity for additional hours and earnings and may be picked up based on availability.

Some weekend and holiday availability is important due to the nature of the vacation rental industry.

This isn't strictly a housekeeping position and it isn't a desk job. It's a versatile support role for someone who likes being out in the field, enjoys variety, and wants the opportunity to take on additional work.

You'll become a trusted part of the local operations team and help ensure our homes are cared for, our standards are maintained, and our guests and homeowners receive the level of service they expect.
