Job Summary

Protech Automotive Solutions and its affiliated brands is looking for a highly talented, dedicated, and quality-focused Mobile Diagnostic Technician to provide top‑tier service to our customers. This is an immediate opening that involves technical support, phone call handling, and vehicle diagnostics using Autel scanning units.

Responsibilities
  • Apply technical knowledge to assist customers.
  • Answer inbound and outbound phone calls in support of Autel scanning units.
  • Answer technical questions relating to scanning procedures of the Autel unit.
  • Conduct research to understand, explain, and resolve technology issues on the vehicle.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary:
Up to $40.00 per hour.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of prior experience as a diagnostic technician.
  • I‑CAR & ASE certifications preferred.
  • Must currently possess or be willing to obtain the proper tools to complete job duties.
  • Must pass all pre‑employment screenings, including background checks.
Abilities / Skills / Knowledge
  • Minimum age requirement of 21+ years.
  • Consistent physical activity: reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50 lbs.
  • Read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adapt easily to a fast‑paced environment and work through competing priorities.
  • Provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
