This role is for a proven field sales builder who has successfully recruited, trained, and retained high-performing teams. You won’t be inheriting a machine — you’ll be creating one. From hiring and ramping advisors to protecting standards and developing leaders, you’ll own the foundation and the culture.
This is not a churn-and-burn volume role. We believe in disciplined pricing, long-term relationships, and sustainable performance. We’re looking for someone who knows how to scale production without sacrificing integrity — someone who has done it before and can do it again.

What You’ll Do:
- Recruit, hire, and onboard Field Energy Advisors
- Lead training during a structured 60-day ramp period
- Coach advisors on territory execution, messaging, and professionalism
- Build accountability, belief, and long-term performance culture
- Track performance metrics including retention, pricing discipline, and production
- Ensure clean handoffs to closing consultants
- Protect company standards and field reputation
Compensation:
- Recruiting & retention bonuses
- Quarterly performance bonuses

Ideal Background:
- 2+ years of door-to-door, field outreach, or outside sales
- Prior leadership or team-building experience
- Strong coaching and accountability mindset
- Comfortable leading from the front in the field
