Job Description
The purpose of this position is to provide essential administrative processes to program management and discipline managers in order to assure the program meets or exceeds all technical requirements. This role performs minimally complex assignments, evaluates, selects, and applies standard administrative techniques to projects and/or departments.
Responsibilities- Encourage and stimulate the development of employees through training and mentorship programs
- Administer and maintain highly confidential and specialized information and understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and operations
- Assist in the development of project and department standards, procedures, practices, and guidelines
- Identify and evaluate personnel availability for internal and external assignments
- Develop and administer documentation for personnel transactions
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and four (4) years of work‑related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to eight (8) years if non‑degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
- Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time‑conscious and time‑effective manner
Job Requirements
- TS/SCI with Poly Clearance Required
- Valid driver’s license
- Serve as a department representative to internal clients
- Support global project and/or department initiatives
- Implement global strategy at the local level
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Demonstrates ability to prioritize and delegate workload

The market rate for the role is typically at the mid‑point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.

Salary Range: $53,500.00 - $99,500.00
