We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Country Business Development Manager to help establish and grow the Studson brand in Europe. This is a highly autonomous role focused on developing distribution partnerships, creating end-user demand, and driving revenue growth within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate already has strong relationships within the PPE, industrial safety, construction, utilities, manufacturing, or workwear sectors and is excited about introducing a differentiated product to the market.
Territories may include:
- Germany, Austria & Switzerland (DACH)
- France & Benelux
- Develop and execute Studson's go-to-market strategy within the assigned territory.
- Identify, recruit, and manage distribution partners.
- Build relationships with key end users, safety managers, and purchasing decision-makers.
- Generate product trials and field evaluations.
- Support distributors through training, presentations, and joint customer visits.
- Represent Studson at industry events and trade shows.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights.
- Achieve agreed sales and growth objectives.
- 5+ years of experience in PPE, industrial safety, construction, workwear, or related industries.
- Existing network of distributors and end users within the territory.
- Experience launching or growing technical products in the market.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to travel throughout the territory (30% of the time).
- English proficiency required; local language strongly preferred.
