• Control and coordination of the implementation of the agreed portfolio and channel strategy in the assigned markets
• Responsibility for the development of the regional product portfolio in close coordination with the global category organization
• Identification, evaluation, and prioritization of market, product, and application opportunities based on customer, competitive, and market requirements
• Planning and accompanying product launches as well as support in market processing with relevant product-related content
• Close cooperation with sales, marketing, and other internal interfaces to ensure a market-oriented implementation
• Point of contact for regional market requirements, applications, and relevant standards in the respective area of responsibility

• Completed studies in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in product management or in a comparable market- or product-related function
• Good understanding of market requirements, customer needs, and technical applications, ideally in the building products industry
• Profound analytical skills as well as experience in evaluating and prioritizing market and product opportunities
• High communication and cooperation skills in working with cross-functional teams
